Coiled basketry can use all kinds of materials, requires just a few skills and results in infinite variety. We will learn about the history of these baskets and about some of the cultures that have a coiled basketry tradition. We will use corn husks, pine needles and other natural materials to create beautiful baskets for you to take home.
